Understanding our refund and cancellation terms

Important Note:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to turquoiseandaman@gmail.com

1. Package Tours Cancellation

Cancellation Time Refund Amount
30+ days before departure Full refund minus 10% processing fee
15-30 days before departure 75% refund
7-14 days before departure 50% refund
Less than 7 days No refund

2. Hotel Bookings

  • 7+ days before check-in: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
  • 3-7 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days: No refund

3. Activities and Excursions

  • 48+ hours before: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund

4. Transportation

  • Ferry tickets: Subject to ferry operator's policy
  • Private transfers: 24 hours notice required for full refund
  • Flight tickets: As per airline cancellation policy

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Permit fees and entry tickets
  • Processing fees (5-10% of booking amount)
  • No-show charges
  • Peak season surcharges

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank charges may apply for international transfers

7. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events:

  • Rescheduling option available without penalty
  • Credit voucher for future bookings
  • Partial refunds on a case-by-case basis
